Shipping Policy
In an attempt to keep shipping costs down for our valued customers, we have quoted standard shipping costs within North America and Worldwide using Canada Post. For special shipping options please contact us directly at 1 877-274-1031.
Return Policy
While our products are of the highest quality, in the unlikely event there is a manufactures defect we will be more than happy to exchange this item for you when notified within 7 days of receiving it. Please contact us at 1 250-474-1031 or toll-free at 1 877-274-1031 to discuss further details.
Returned Packages
If a package is returned to Peekaboo Petals for any of the following reasons: Unclaimed, No Such Address, Moved/Unknown, or an Incorrect Address was provided then a “Postal Return“ fee and a “Re-Shipping“ fee will be charged to have it re-sent to another address. If you choose not to re-send the package then we will happily refund you the amount of the bouquet minus the original shipping charges and the postal return fee.
Deliveries
Orders received before 3:00pm (PST) will be sent out the same day. Orders received after 3:00pm (PST) will be sent out the next business day. Our hours are Monday-Friday 9:00am-5:00pm PST (excluding holidays)
Free deliveries to Victoria General Hospital (VGH) labour and Delivery ward. Orders must be in before 12:00pm for same day delivery to VGH. All other orders will be next business day delivery.
Shipping Costs
Shipping to anywhere in Canada is $11.00 USD 5-7 days for delivery
Shipping to anywhere in the United States is $21.00 USD 7-10 days for delivery (excluding any unexpected delays at the border)
Worldwide shipping is $30.00 USD 2-3 weeks for delivery.
